A 20K INVESTMENT IS NEEDED TO PROCEED IN A MEANINGFUL MANNER
This money will be split, 10 K used to complete the second prototype of the tricycle, 10 K to complete and install the bows on the catamaran.
This will also free up the 2 lots next to the house for possible renters.
10 K will be awarded 10 SHARES on the catamaran project, 10 K will be given a 49% interest on any values of the tricycle project, ( this split is subject to change or approval of the investor )
OVERVIEW:
The idea is to complete the development of a "generic" tricycle frame adaptable to various purposes.
OBJECTIVES:
This project is designed to provide a modest financial return by constructing custom tricycles of various types on a small scale.
This will also provide work for "the Catamaran crew" while "rained out" and waiting for resin cure cycles.
Previous efforts have proven that we have to provide enough and steady income for a small crew to proceed on the real task:
THE CATAMARAN
Why a Tricycle: The planned vehicles can be classified as a "bicycle" in terms of definitions of the Texas Department of Transportation.
They can have " auxiliary" power to assist for speeds up to 28 mph here are the current laws as of Nov. 08 2022
They can be used for transportation and "shopping" without a drivers license and on all roads where bicycles are legal, UNLIKE GOLF CARTS
They can be used for inner city commuting purposes. A "covered" version is planned.
They will be an excellent exercise device for all persons, specially when choosing the "sculling" option.
All versions will be custom built. A carbon fiber frame - common to all. Only top quality, corrosion resistant hardware will be used for the mechanical components.

A "crude" proof of concept for the "sculling" version is ready for road testing and modifications as needed. (funding needed to proceed)
Next step will be to build the "second" prototype using a carbon fiber frame, (built in house) using "off the shelve wheels etc.
Following the successful testing and "public acceptance" of the concept, we will pursue the fabrication of custom parts as may be needed to better the design.
Note: I have previously designed and built many prototype machines and devices including aircraft.

Version ONE:
A "sporting" tricycle operated copying the motions of a scull. This may provide a more powerful motive force than a plain bicycle motion.
This version is designed for the "sports minded" providing a fast and steady vehicle, including a little luggage space if needed. Auxiliary power available.
Version TWO:
A tricycle operated like the standard versions already on the market.
Various "extras" will be offered:
covered, open, auxiliary power of various output, wheel and tire options. choose your own gear ratios, lights etc.
The perfect vehicle for persons not wanting or able to operate a car for ANY reason.
